POLICIES
At Wear2 Fremantle we take pride in selling the best quality vintage clothing at the best prices. We select, clean and prepare each individual item to offer a truly unique item that you may well not find again.
Being that the vintage products are not brand new, they may have flaws and we do our best to present them to you in the photos provided. Should you receive an item from us with a major defect that you feel was not represented in the original photos we are happy to review the garment within a fortnight of your receiving it.
RETURNS
Exchanges are available in store at 26 Newman Court Fremantle as long as the product is in as purchased condition, with all the original hang tags and a corresponding receipt of sale.
Exchanges are at our discretion and we are not obliged to offer an exchange due to change of mind.
Refunds are only available if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:

Has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it

Is unsafe
-
is significantly different from the sample or description

Doesn't do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can't be easily fixed
SHIPPING
We are not responsible for parcels that are lost, damaged or stolen in transit. Once your item has left our hands it is out of our control.
Use the tracking number provided and contact Australia Post if needed.
In the event of a return due to a fault, we will send you a return label to affix to your parcel and then send back to us. Once we receive your item you will be notified, and issued with a refund via whichever payment method used to place the order.
